Moses and Angie are the parents of a litter

that was born January 31, 2010

Angie and Moses have six puppies -three males and three females.

Dalmatian pups are born white. Spots begin to appear on the fur at about 2 weeks of age. Occasionally, Dalmatians are born with areas of colored fur, usually on ears or eyes. These areas of color that are present at birth are called patches. Judging from the color of the patches and the color on the skin of the noses in this litter it looks like one of the males and one of the females will have liver/brown spots like their father and the other four will have black spots like their mother.

Puppies are four days old in this picture. Two of the males have patches. You can clearly see one of them in the middle of the group.
